I have been working as a licensed psychotherapist for the last 10 years and have additional training in Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and PEERS social skills training from UCLA. I am also the author of Conquer Anxiety in Ten Weeks. In 2021 I decided to pursue a career as a neuropsychologist and am currently working on my PhD. With a specialization in neuropsychology I have gained training and education in brain anatomy, brain function, the relationship between the brain and behavior, and neuropsychological assessments.
