I have expertise in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health disorders and/or developmental disabilities. I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy to adolescents, adults and families. Regarding my approach to therapy, first and foremost I strive to built a positive and supportive relationship with my clients. I focus on each persons individual needs, meeting the client where they are in the present moment. My goal is to provide positive support and a safe space for an individual to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Every client and therapist pairing is different. Not every pairing will fit as well as others and the goal of every therapeutic relationship is for the therapist to act as a competent and supportive guide in navigating each client's map of unique challenges in life. I believe that the most important aspect of the relationship is the ability to be honest about the process--what works will differ for everyone. I aim to tailor treatment to each client so that he or she leaves the office feeling heard, understood and confident about the therapeutic journey.
