My primary focus in counseling is to meet people where they are, help them identify where they want to be, and enable them to accomplish their goals. I believe change is possible. I have witnessed my clients overcome and move forward after facing what seemed like insurmountable odds. Does it take work? Yes! I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults facing issues from anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, trauma and relational issues. I have years of experience working with couples in crisis. I have also been trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) designed for children who have experienced relationship-based traumas.
