I love aiding clients in healing past relationships and traumas, owning their identities, and feeling empowered to live in a place of power, connection, and authenticity.

I am dedicated to helping others find inner peace, authenticity, and true meaning in life. As such, it is my primary objective to help my clients find purpose, passion, and self-generated fulfillment. I am deeply committed to helping my clients create the life they have always dreamed of by working towards meaningful goals and lasting change. We can live the life we have always envisioned once we expand our awareness and invest in our own personal growth.

Dr. Nosen has been providing evidence-based assessment and therapy since 2005. She specializes in treating adults experiencing anxiety, posttraumatic stress, depression, insomnia, alcohol and substance use. She primarily works from a cognitive-behavioral approach, tailoring treatments to help you develop insight, learn new ways of coping, and plan strategic changes to help you meet your personal goals. Dr. Nosen is trained in several specialized types of therapy protocols.

I work to find the negative or faulty patterns in your life and interrupt them so you can live with purpose and clarity. I work collaboratively with you in neutralizing the traumatic events in your past that hijack your present and diminish your future happiness. I specialize in change management, helping clients to cope with change or take the necessary steps to make a change. I have worked with adults in addressing various life challenges – anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief, and abuse. This work is about mindset shift and creating lifestyle transformation.

Dr. Barnes is a native Mississippian, earning his B.A. in Psychology from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. He has worked in academic, private, community, school, and state psychiatric settings as well as VA medical centers. Dr. Barnes completed his internship at the VA North Texas Health Care System followed by a fellowship at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, specializing in addictive disorders.
