I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy, with a strong emphasis on solution focused and cognitive behavioral strategies to help adolescents, adults, and families work through life's challenges. Through evidence based treatment and empirically based treatment strategies, I create a collaborative and trusting environment for children and adolescents dealing with trauma.

In addition to specialized training in working with Neurodivergent individuals, I have 45+ years of lived experience as a late-identifed Autistic person myself, along with many friends & immediate family who are also neurodivergent.
