Therapist focusing on trauma, skill building, and mediation. I believe mental health is simple, yet it can be frustrating because it is also complex. Too often we look for magical or quick fixes for problems when the solutions are very common. Usually it is a number of things that create the problem, not just one contributor and often our society treats the symptom not the cause. As a society we should be focusing on preventative health, getting in front of the problem, and not waiting until it has already occurred to seek help. Having said that... there is always a solution, it just may not be what you expected.

I believe every person carries an innate capacity to heal, even when circumstances feel overwhelming or impossible to navigate. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through—it means learning to live fully in spite of it. If you feel motivated to make meaningful changes in your life but currently lack the tools, support, or resources to get there, you are in the right place. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reclaim your sense of strength, clarity, and hope.

My ideal client is motivated to make change, even if they’re not sure where to start. You may have felt stuck for a while and are ready to find a way forward. Perhaps anxiety, stress, or recurring patterns keep showing up in your life or relationships. You want greater self-understanding, clarity, and movement, not just quick fixes, but meaningful change. You’re open to exploring your experiences with curiosity and honesty, and you’re ready to take an active role in your growth.

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck or overwhelmed and is looking for support to create lasting change. You might be coping with trauma or grief, a teen struggling with self-harm or anxiety, or someone facing general life changes. What matters most is that you want a space to be heard, understood, and supported as you build confidence, heal, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and connected.

My ideal client may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, conflict, trauma, or relationship struggles. They want relief from emotional pain, stronger connections, and a greater sense of purpose and peace. They may feel stuck or unsure how to move forward but are open to growth and healing. Whether individuals or couples, they want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and rediscover the joy and meaning that life can offer.

I want to help people that are struggling with mental health symptoms like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and mood disorders (i.e. bipolar disorder). I understand that people want to be heard and understood. I recognize the importance of helping navigate struggles instead of telling someone what to do. I see the benefit of helping people challenge their thoughts and explore how to make changes that support a healthy life.
