With over 20 years of experience in providing comprehensive psychological assessments, Psychological Assessment Services specializes in assessing (ADHD) attention and concentration difficulties, cognitive functioning and identifying Dyslexia or other learning disabilities that may result in behavioral learning or social issues. We also perform pre-adoption evaluations, competency evaluations and pre-surgical evaluations. Psychodiagnostic testing can distinguish the psychological contributions to behavior that may confound accurate diagnosis and treatment. I can provide expert court testimony and workers comp evaluations.
When faced with concerns regarding attention issues or performance in school, psychoeducational testing may be warranted. It can help college or graduate school students who are struggling academically to assist them in receiving testing accommodations. I provide testing and expert witness testimony for competency issues.
Dr. Tansman will meet with you for an initial session where she will gather all relevant history and current symptoms. The testing is then tailored to the referral question. After testing is completed, a comprehensive report with recommendations will be provided and any questions or concerns will be addressed.
