Dr. Lockard was awarded her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her internship at the Kentucky Department of Corrections where she focused on the treatment of male and female sex offender treatment.

Her experience includes years of forensic and clinical treatment and evaluation in out-patient, in-patient, and correctional settings. Her areas of expertise (all bilingual) include: clinical, criminal forensic, psychosexual evaluations, custody assessment and treatment and immigration evaluations.
