During our initial sessions we will dive into the issues that are causing you to present for treatment and then collaborate on creating a plan that helps you get your life back. Most of my client see a gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and sustained improvement after that.

The core of my counseling approach is to provide an environment that is comfortable, judgment free, and prioritizes your mental health. I don’t believe in trying to “fix people”, rather support their journey alongside them. My office is a place to explore life’s ups and down, discuss coping skills that resonate with you, and a place where we can grow with each other. My philosophy of healing is like working your way through a set of nesting dolls from the outer doll representing why you want to heal: trauma, attachment/relationship injury, depression, grief, and anxiety.
