I believe in a holistic approach, viewing therapy as a collaborative process between client and therapist. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment, so that clients can achieve their desired changes and develop more meaningful relationships. I have extensive training in working with couples, assisting them to repair or restore their relationship. I also work with couples who have decided to divorce, and who wish to heal from the loss of their relationship. I have been trained as a Level II EMDR therapist since 1995 and I have worked with survivors of trauma for over 20 years. I do not accept any insurance.
I work with individuals, couples and families on a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, loss and grief, marital/couple issues, family relationships, catastrophic illness, and life transitions.
