I am a Licensed therapist with over 25 years of mental health experience. Much of this experience was gained during my service in the United States Army serving veterans and their families faced with a wide variety of mental health challenges.

Relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, children &teen behavioral problems, marital, parenting, and military & veteran issues are some areas which I can help. I enjoy working with children of all ages, adolescents, and family members. I incorporate multiple evidence-based treatment modalities which guide the counseling process.

Solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy are most frequently used. I have a passion for working with children, and teens dealing with self-esteem, abuse, bullying, depression, suicide, and partner relational issues.
