My personal and professional experience has equipped me with a unique understanding of the challenges of those who serve: First responders, Law Enforcement, Medical professionals, Child Protection, Fire and Rescue, Therapist, and Military Veterans; All those who dedicate their time to serving others, yet frequently forget to take care of themselves.
Your unique experience is that you are exposed to repeated difficult situations daily that can ultimately have an impact. The treatment modalities I use are successful in releasing the hold these experiences have over your present life. I offer traditional, once a week therapy as well as more intensive, short term options for quicker resolution.
The intensive short-term option is full or partial day, consecutive days sessions as many responders have a desire to operate at their absolute full potential as quickly as possible and without the delay created by once-a-week appointments.
