I am an EMDR Certified therapist/EMDR Consultant who specializes in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. I primarily use EMDR, hypnotherapy, and therapeutic art to help adolescents, teens and adults who are facing stress, anxiety, depression, workplace issues and family and interpersonal relationship conflicts to improve their overall quality of life and well-being.
My work experience spans military, academic and corporate settings. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you've always wanted.
