I founded Integrative Therapy, Inc. to provide healing through the integration of counseling, consulting, or coaching throughout the United States and internationally. I specialize in helping people who have experienced trauma or are going through a life transition. I work with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Many of my clients come to me because they are experiencing things like trouble sleeping, anxiety, depression, or stress in their relationships. While I have specific training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I also have expertise in helping people who may be going through big life changes such as going to college, moving to a new city, getting married, or going through a divorce or break up.

As a licensed professional counselor, I understand the importance of creating a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I enjoy working alongside children, adolescents, and young adults, helping identify personal strengths that serve as a foundation for building skills and resolving problems.
