Unfortunately, currently I am not accepting new clients (I do have a waitlist). I work with individuals who are experiencing life challenges, mood disorders, struggles in interpersonal relationships and survivors of traumatic events. I encourage my clients to be active participants in the therapy process and support them as they accomplish their therapeutic goals. I utilize multiple approaches to helping my patients get through their challenges. If you are feeling stuck, can't figure out how to move on or where to begin, let's talk.
I will help you to identify, evaluate and challenge the patterns of thinking and behavior that are holding you in place. I will also help you to develop new skills that will allow you to move on, get out of feeling "stuck," and live your life again.
