Providing Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and Psychedelic Integration. I specialize in supporting people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood-related issues. I am dedicated to helping my clients find balance, clarity and meaning in their lives through evidence-based mind-body psychotherapy. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for my clients to explore and grow, going at a pace that does not overwhelm the nervous system, and allows for integration.
My approach combines somatic psychotherapy with the healing tools of Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and parts work.
