I am passionate about helping adults and families gently work through issues, both physically and emotionally. I support my clients with tools to ground, center yourself and how to best recover from and prepare you for challenging situations.

My psychodynamic approach includes Somatic Experiencing and NeuroAffective Touch. Both are gentle, safe and transformative body-oriented approaches, that restore a sense of presence, meaningful connection and joy. Integrating the latest science of nervous system regulation and developmental trauma, I specialize in healing depression, anxiety and trauma.

I offer consultation services to help with transitions, such as divorce, early adulthood challenges, moving homes, new jobs, new relationships, and loss of family or pets. I also treat learning/school related issues including social anxiety.
