Breath of Soul- Virtual Group
Wake Up Wednesdays! Get over the mid-week hump and join Psychologist, Dr. Lydia Luna for our virtual group, The Breath of Soul. Our group includes Breathwork and Soul Discussions. Our Breathwork is intended to provide energetic healing and emotional release. The Soul Discussion is a time to process, check-in and receive support. The goal is to help you connect, gain insight and feel better. Our group is kept small to allow members time to share. We also offer 1:1 Breathwork for those interested in individual breathwork sessions. Fees: $55/group & $175/individual breathwork session.
