Together we create a highly-integrated personalized plan for you, integrating mind-body therapies into talk therapy, including meditation/mindfulness, breath work, EMDR, EFT, hypnotherapy, expressive arts, energy work, IFS/inner child work & sand tray. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic integration and harm-reduction/educational sessions.
