I have over 20 years of experience. My clinical experience include working with adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, sleep issues, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I also have experience working through grief of many kinds (e.g., loss of a loved one, divorce, child abuse and neglect).
I specialize in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I am also a trained Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner.
