I am a Latina Therapist who specializes in relationship concerns, trauma and self worth issues. I practice from an intersectional, relational and social justice point of view and work hard on decolonizing mental health. I am LGBTQIA+ and Poly/CNM/Kink affirming and trained. I also specialize in working with individual adults who are neurodiverse, recovering from religious trauma, suffering from anxiety/depression and those struggling with life transitions.
I'm a therapist who embraces a sex-positive approach and provides therapy that validates and supports individuals in their sexual experiences. I am also a trauma trained therapist. I am only seeing clients via telehealth and only work with adult clients. I accept BCBS, UHC, Aetna and Humana as well as offer sliding scale rates.
