I have worked in private practice for 25 years. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and authentic environment where I act as a guide in helping individuals recognize their strengths and learn new strategies to develop into our best selves.

Treatment modalities include CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT skills, as well as Play Therapy for children. My approach with counseling children is from a child-centered, mindful, and play-based approach.
