This group focuses on two essential elements for preventing caregiver burnout: Connection and Self-Care. Ideal for those facing loss, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, anxiety, or unresolved trauma, the group incorporates psychodrama, mindfulness, psycho-education, and other empowering techniques to build resilience, promote healing, and foster personal growth. Participants will gain the tools to overcome obstacles and move toward their goals with renewed strength and clarity.

Men’s Resiliency: Treatment Intensive
Group psychotherapy offers powerful support for men facing relational challenges, childhood trauma, and anxiety. In this group, individuals with shared experiences come together to navigate struggles and offer mutual support in a safe, connected environment. Guided by skilled therapists, members experience healing through trust, respect, and understanding. This setting fosters personal growth and resilience, providing a corrective emotional experience for those who have been hurt in relationships. This therapeutic process helps men build healthier connections and find strength in their shared journey toward healing and emotional well-being. This 4 hour group treatment intensive is offered multiple times per year.
