I specialize in self-empowerment & self -acceptance for trauma, grief/loss, addictions, depression, shame, & life transitions. I use EMDR, Brainspotting, Hakomi Experiential Therapy, Somatics, Mindfulness/Awareness Therapy and PACT Couples Therapy. Heterosexual and LGBTQ welcome. Acceptance and loving kindness towards oneself are key ingredients for healing.
