My speciality is in working with people who either have been diagnosed, or suspect that they may have some traits of, personality disorders, as well as individuals who may have experienced long term relationships or victimization by others who seem to have narcissistic, borderline, or antisocial traits. I help people who have either of these two experiences learn to accept and love themselves, and to help break down long standing patterns to make lasting change.
I'm a firm believer in a few things; good boundaries make good relationships, change is about introspection as well as action, and learning how to love yourself is the secret to personal growth. I teach people how to learn to validate themselves and stop looking for fulfillment in the world outside of them.
I don't treat symptoms, I treat people. Therefore my approach is one where the entirety of a person is important. Learning to truly love ourselves is how we bring about healing.
