My practice focuses on providing a goal-oriented therapeutic experience for my clients. I have many years of experience working in multiple settings and am aware of the difficulties we face in today's society. During sessions together, I will help set goals and develop an atmosphere of trust, fostering open discussion of the client's thoughts and feelings. She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to children and adolescents, couples, anxiety and trauma. Dr. Holt is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Hello! I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Regis University with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008. I have experience in cultural stress, women's issues, marital/pre-marital, life transitions, and anxiety.
