I offer a supportive environment aimed at helping my clients gain knowledge about themselves and strengthen their coping skills to deal with their difficulties. My goal is to promote self-growth, well-being, and the ability to develop healthier relationships. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing upon diverse treatment methods, adjusting the therapy to clients' needs. My areas of interest include Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Parenting, Relational Problems, and Ethnical/Cultural Diversity Issues. I perform Substance Abuse and Anger Management Evaluations.
