My Theoretical Orientation is Eclectic yet I often use these modalities: Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Person-Centered, and CBT.

My personal experiences, combined with professional training, has provided me a unique ability to help clients meet goals of improved mood, better coping, growth, and healing past wounds. The inclusion of spirituality is valued, but not required. This is my passion. I'm humbled to be a part of every client that entrusts me to join them on their journey.
