Through a lens of curiosity and compassion, I support my clients in developing greater insight into their self concepts, relationship patterns and innermost emotional experiences. This collaborative, insight driven approach generates long term improvements for people suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, and the effects of trauma.
My clinical experience includes work in university, community mental health, and private practice settings. I welcome individual adult clients and couples from all backgrounds and with a broad range of issues and goals to address.
