Much of my work is anchored in real-world applications including negotiation & conflict management, & a deep exposure, experience, & sensitivity to intercultural &
DE&I situations. I extend my work to business, organizational & corporate clients, leadership& team coaching; as well as work with executive clients who prefer to engage me privately, including for career transitions. I was faculty at Harvard Medical School for 25 years. I have formal training in org & exec coaching, negotiation, somatic experiencing & mindf
