Everyone & every relationship can get stuck in cycle that they're not quite sure how to get out of. We focus on breaking down that pattern & helping you change it for the better using evidence based practices (e.g. CBT) & a systemic perspective.This makes us adept at assisting those experiencing issues within their relationship or just working on themselves.
Starting therapy can be tough, finding a therapist you feel comfortable with shouldn't be so we offer free 15 minute consultation sessions. Understanding the IEP will provide psychoeducation on what an IEP is, how it's different from a 504 plan, the IEP process, & mental health & behavioral issues that may qualify for an IEP. Lastly recognize many parents are concerned about their children now that there maybe changes to the educational system in the future.
