I am dedicated to helping you in understanding your depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, relationship distress/sexual difficulties, stressful changes in life, & family conflict and assisting you in making the changes to improve.
Everyone & every relationship can get stuck in cycle that they're not quite sure how to get out of. I focus on breaking down that pattern & helping you change it for the better using evidence based practices (e.g. CBT) & a systemic perspective. This makes me adept at assisting those experiencing issues with relationships with family, friends, & partners.
Starting therapy can be tough, finding a therapist you feel comfortable with shouldn't be. I offer free 15 minute consultation sessions so you know if I'm the right fit for you before you book a full session. You can get through this, and there's nothing wrong with help. Everyone has the tools to help themselves, it's my job to help you use them.

Groups
Starting off Right: Premarital Counseling
If your next step includes wedding bells or jumping the broom then this is the group for you! In this premarital counseling group you'll be given an assessment that examines 9 different areas of relationships and ascertains where your strengths and growth areas are as a couple. The group facilitator will discuss how each area impacts your relationship, provide assignments to help with growth areas, & provide psychoeducation on how to start a marriage off right and maintain it. Drop in for 1 session at $67 or attend 3 for $200 and get a Premarital Certificate which can be used to waive marriage license fees!
