Psych & Behavioral Health is accepting clients from WI & beyond! Clinicians are licensed in multiple states. Dr. Hong & her colleagues conduct AUTISM & ADHD assessment and work with children (2+) and adults to address anxiety, depression, trauma, impulse control, suicide, self-harm, emotion and behavioral dysregulation, autism, and personality disorders. PBH is grounded in science and research for comprehensive assessment & treatment. We focus on a strict application of DBT, exposure treatments, mindfulness, and CBT and believe the best treatment is a balance between a basis in science, protocol adherence, compassion, and kindness.
I trained at the University of Kansas, Yale University, and the DBT and Anxiety Centers of Seattle specializing in DBT & mindfulness for personality disorders, self-harm/suicide, depression, impulse control disorder, exposure-based treatments for trauma (PTSD), and OCD. All providers in my clinic are rigorously trained and supervised by me.
