I am experienced and enjoy working with a wide variety of issues particularly, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief and loss, addiction and recovery, health psychology, neuropsychology, young professionals, and life transitions.

As a board-certified Neurotherapist by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, I provide QEEG brain-mapping and Neurofeedback training for clients. I believe that your treatment should encompass emotional, mental, physiological, psychosocial and behavioral needs. Neurofeedback will improve your brain's flexibility, strength, and endurance. Through Neurofeedback, your emotional, and cognitive states improve as well as your mental performance. Some clients have also found it as an alternative to medication.

My sessions are forward focused in which the treatment plan is focused on areas of growth. With that said every treatment plan created is personalized for the individual based on their needs, wants and symptoms, but is catered to female oriented issues.
