I provide counseling services to adults with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, addictions and ADHD. I offer individual and couples psychotherapy services. My style is interactive and supportive, yet direct in working with clients and I view psychotherapy as a collaborative effort between therapist and client.I use a combination of therapy techniques suited to your individual needs which may include: Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems, Humanistic and Relational.
I believe psychotherapy is indeed effective and have confidence in the psychotherapy techniques I use with my clients. The alliance formed between a client and a psychotherapist is a key factor in the success of the outcome of treatment
Every client is unique and I strive to offer an individual approach in treating each client. My treatment approaches are based on a combination of psychotherapy models that help clients uncover the root of their problems and support clients in strengthening their defenses.
