Relocated to Gilbertsville providing Face-to-face sessions as well as Telehealth. Life's challenges can be quite overwhelming and may leave you or a family member feeling lost and alone. I hear you and I can help! By working together, you will learn coping skills and strategies to meet your specific needs. My background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with issues such as: Anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, confidence, symptoms of OCD, anger management, and social skills. My goal is for you to regain that feeling of happiness, self-control, inner peace, and HOPE.
I am now back in the office providing face-to-face sessions. I will also continue to provide Virtual sessions because in what started as an effort to keep my clients safe and lessen the exposure to COVID-19, I have discovered Telehealth has many other benefits for you, my client.
Whether you choose in-office or secure online sessions, be assured that I strive to create a safe, warm, and compassionate setting where there are no judgments.
