“Between Worlds” is a supportive psychoeducational counseling group designed for first-generation and immigrant adults navigating cultural identity, stress, family expectations, relationships, and emotional wellness. The purpose of the group is to provide a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment where participants can process shared experiences, build coping skills, and develop emotional resilience while connecting with others facing similar challenges.
