I have experience working with children, families, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including in-home therapy, outpatient therapy, intensive care, and adoption. I use evidence based treatments as an informed way to approach change during sessions. I believe in the importance of a comprehensive treatment approach to meet your individual needs.
My practice specializes in helping those that are experiencing trauma and attachment disruption, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, racial identity difficulties, a variety of women's issues, and anxiety disorders. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and Exposure Therapy for anxiety disorders.
