I have over 15 years of experience working with adults on issues related to anxiety, stress, depression and trauma. I have experience and training providing mental health counseling for LGBTQIA+ people, military veterans, first responders and medical professionals. I am an African American male, retired military with 24 service years. I counsel for a variety of emotional and mental disorders that include ADHD, Adjustment, Anxiety, Depression, High Functioning Autism, Grief, PTSD, and Trauma.
