Jaclyn Lewis-Croswell is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialty training to treat insomnia and sleep disorders such as sleep walking, night terrors, circadian rhythm disorders, and nightmares. Hi there! Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself. I have been a licensed practicing clinician since 2010. I am trained and experienced in a specialized form of therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I also practice Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with adolescents, college students, and adults with a wide range of challenges, such as Borderline Personality Disorder, depression (including postpartum), bipolar disorder, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, self-harm, identity issues, and relationship issues. I also have experience working with patients in acute psychiatric crisis.
