I treat clients who have difficulty with borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder as well as clients in the midst of a major life transition or grief. Many of my clients struggle to regulate their emotions. They either avoid emotions altogether or feel explosive or out of control of their emotions.
I utilize evidence based therapies in my practice including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. We work together, in collaboration to create the change you are seeking. This approach includes daily practice outside of the session in order to incorporate new strategies and skills into your daily life.
