To heal from events or programming that have overwhelmed the body and mind, I aim for lasting change which requires neuro-biological shifts, achieved through processes such as hypnotherapy, attachment healing and experiential brain-based processes. I also employ Exposure and Response Prevention techniques for treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
