Since 2006, I have been providing outpatient psychotherapy to individuals who are struggling to make sense of their emotions and have a desire to learn how to manage them better. I strongly believe that people have the ability and strength to make positive life change and that therapy is a collaborative effort.
By working together, you can learn to become more successful with how to channel your emotions into more effective behaviors. I am well versed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and utilize this treatment modality to help with chronic distress, worrying, struggles in relationships and difficulties with self-esteem.
I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist with increasing self-confidence. Additionally I am Level 2 EMDR trained to assist with PTSD and trauma. Visit www.betweenusassociates.com.
