I have over 35 years of experience in providing mental health services and would like to help you. My style is non-judgmental. I will support and guide you in emotional healing at your own pace using an array of therapeutic interventions such as family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions focused therapy and many other modalities.
I approach each therapeutic relationship from a strength-based perspective. Using a holistic approach that recognizes the many facets of the individual, mind, body and spirit; I believe that with therapeutic support, everyone can maximize their strengths and effectively manage emotional difficulties.
