The definition of insanity is continuing to do the same things over and over again while expecting a different outcome, and sadly, many people who have good intentions and are working hard to address their life challenges are stuck in the same destructive thoughts and behaviors. We often feel overwhelmed by what life throws at us, such as parenting stress, relationship or family conflicts, grief, job related issues or trauma, and get stuck in negative responses. Together we can find a plan and path that promotes growth, changing thoughts and behaviors and allowing for positive outcomes.

I offer compassionate and empathetic mental health services to adult clients in a safe, judgment-free environment for those struggling with emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship issues, depression/mood disorders, and other problems. My purpose is to serve as your guide as you navigate through the process of healing and growth. Caleb is Certified in the Treatment of Sexual Addiction, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Ordained Minister, Certified Life Coach, with a Masters of Psychology in Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Caleb specializes in helping men work through sex addiction but provides counseling services for all kinds of addictions. He also works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. His passion is to provide a safe space for his clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.

Joleena is Certified in the Treament of Sexual Addiction, is a Certified Betrayal Trauma Coach, a Certified Clinical Trauma and Addiction Specialist, with a Masters of Psychology in Grief Counseling, and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Joleena specializes in helping couples working through betrayal and addiction of all kinds. She also works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. Her passion is to provide a safe space for her clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.

I believe in having hope and moving forward to live a fulfilling life. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Emporia State University. I have 17 years experience in the child welfare system with 10 years of that as a therapist in residential, outpatient, and school settings.

Living to your fullest potential will take courage, but it can be fun. The focus of my work is helping men and women who are struggling with intimacy disorders and compulsive sexual/relationship behaviors (also known as sex, porn or love addiction) that have had negative impacts on a person's relationships, overall emotional well being, health, family, career and other aspects of life. Struggles with sexuality can involve a great deal of pain, guilt and shame. If this is your experience, finding a professional who can provide a safe and non-judgemental space is crucial. In addition, I work with individuals who experience difficulties creating and maintaining intimate connections in relationships.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual and family systems. My focus it to help clients overcome painful childhood experiences that can chronically burden individuals, frustrate relationships and inhibit families. I integrate experiential, trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approaches to support clients as they overcome early attachment injuries and reclaim Life.

I believe in empowering individuals to find and create safety within their relationships with others and most importantly, the relationship with their self. I specialize in working with those who are struggling with life transitions, trauma related events, addiction, people pleasing and relational stressors. You deserve an empathetic witness on board to process, problem solve, and build skills to handle whatever life has thrown at you. I utilize a "bottom up" approach with somatic experiencing, as well as, internal family system themes, motivational interviewing and other evidence based modalities.
