I love to get to know people of all ages and their stories. I believe we all have a story to tell and counseling is an avenue for you to tell your story, be heard and supported through the changes you seek. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Synergy Play Therapy (SPT). I find these two evidenced based therapies work well to address concerns across the life span.
My counseling style is warm and open. I value respect, compassion, and genuine care. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Synergy Play, Polyvagal, Mindfulness and EMDR approaches. I am able to utilize a variety of therapeutic tools that I have learned over the years to ensure that you are receiving my best every session.
