I love to get to know people of all ages and their stories. I believe we all have a story to tell and counseling is an avenue for you to tell your story, be heard and supported through the changes you seek. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Synergy Play Therapy (SPT). I find these two evidenced based therapies work well to address concerns across the life span. I am also recently trained as a facilitator for the Demartini Method (DM), which is a strategy to neutralize emotional charges and perceptions that have been creating havoc in your life. My counseling style is warm and open. I value respect, compassion, and genuine care. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Synergy Play, Polyvagal, Mindfulness and EMDR approaches.
