I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with 18 years experience working with children, tweens, teens, adolescents, young adults and their families. We can all agree that at every age and stage of life we encounter hurdles. As we attempt to negotiate these hurdles they may bring about anxiety, depression, anger, academic and other school-related struggles, emotional struggles, trauma, eating disorders, self-harm (cutting), grief, executive functioning difficulties and self-esteem issues. As we address and manage these conditions we find ourselves, often times, needing help to do so.
I create a safe, supportive and confidential environment to work together on your therapy goals. I employ a collaborative approach and my goal is to assist the client in building insight and improving their relationship with themselves and others. Together, we can develop the tools necessary to create change and move towards increased health.
