About

TELETHERAPY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. Did you wake up one day and feel as if you no longer recognize your child? Are they beginning to struggle in school or with relationships? Do you feel as if you can no longer connect with them? Perhaps they are suddenly expressing anxiety or feelings of depression. We are here to help support you or your teen/tween as they become more independent, gain self-awareness and work toward a positive future. Our hope is that we can work with you to ease that transition into adulthood for both parents and teens. We aim to teach skills that can be used outside of the office and in the real world.
We specialize in working with teens, parents and young adults. We have experience working with concerns including: depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, learning differences, bullying, school difficulties/avoidance, transition to college, work/career challenges, life transitions and parenting/family conflict. We offer parent coaching and support as well.
We know that taking the step to begin therapy is difficult and deciding on a therapist for yourself or your child can be even more challenging. We believe in focusing on the your needs and tailoring the therapy experience to your goals. In order to help you to be able to feel safe to share and ultimately gain insight into any roadblocks.
