High School Social Anxiety Group - All Gender
This in-person group is designed for high school students who feel anxious, uncomfortable, or unsure in social situations. In a welcoming and encouraging environment, teens will practice communication, build confidence and self-advocacy skills, and learn strategies for navigating friendships, school interactions, group settings, and other social challenges. Group members will be introduced to practical tools drawn from CBT, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and other evidence-based approaches. All high school students are welcome.
