Depression, anxiety, trauma, and the changes that come with getting older can take on many forms. These challenges may lead to feeling overwhelmed, alone and defeated. Furthermore, struggling with difficult emotions can make it hard to see the forest for the trees. When you feel as though your world is spiraling out of control, counseling can help put you back on your feet. Also known as talk therapy, counseling can help build your self-esteem and repair any hurt or doubt that you may be feeling.
I know how hard it can be to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you’re at your lowest, but I promise you it’s there. Depression and anxiety can appear in short term bouts, or they can be present for a much longer period in our lives. I’m here to guide you through the emotions you’re feeling, and help you practice mindfulness and self-love.
