Together, we can slow things down, understand what is happening beneath these patterns, and work toward creating meaningful change. I support clients in de-escalating conflict and cultivating greater resilience, mutual care, and understanding. My approach integrates body and emotional awareness, particularly when talk therapy alone does not move the needle.
